Key Transit System Plan Details:

  • New commuter rail Red Line connecting Huntersville to Uptown Huntersville and neighboring communities, including Cornelius and Davidson.
  • Commuter rail would connect to light rail and streetcar service, including access to the airport.
  • Improved bus frequency with midday service on Routes 48x Northcross Express and 63x Huntersville Express.
